1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During new launches, festive seasons, or promotional sales, processing may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Coverage

Maison Vaire currently delivers across India through trusted courier partners.

International shipping is not available at this time. We will announce international delivery as soon as it becomes available.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–7 business days
Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

Free Standard Shipping on eligible orders as displayed on our website.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment.
Additional shipping charges may apply for remote or special delivery locations.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

Shipping confirmation via Email and/or SMS
Tracking Number
Courier Partner Details

You can track your shipment using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners generally make up to three delivery attempts.

If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or repeated failed attempts, the order may be returned to our warehouse.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping address, PIN code, mobile number, and other details are accurate before placing your order.

Maison Vaire is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

8. Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occur due to:

Extreme weather conditions
Natural disasters
Public holidays
Courier network disruptions
Government regulations
High order volumes during festive or sale periods

In such cases, we will keep you informed and work with our logistics partners to deliver your order as soon as possible.

9. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package appears damaged at the time of delivery:

Take clear photographs of the package before opening it.
Record an unboxing video whenever possible.
Contact our Customer Support within 48 hours of delivery.

If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit by the courier partner, Maison Vaire will arrange a replacement or process a refund, subject to verification.

10. Partial Shipments

If your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately depending on product availability or warehouse location.

You will receive separate tracking details for each shipment, where applicable.

11. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for selected PIN codes.

Maison Vaire reserves the right to disable COD for certain locations, products, or customers based on operational or risk considerations.

12. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Customers may refer to our Return & Refund Policy for eligible returns after delivery.
