Maison Vaire – Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Maison Vaire, we are committed to delivering premium-quality fashion. If something isn't right, we're here to help with a simple and transparent return process.

1. Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 48 Hours from the date your order is marked as delivered.

Requests submitted after 48 hours cannot be accepted.

2. Eligible Items

A product is eligible for return or exchange only if:

  • It is unused, unwashed, and unworn.

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.

  • It is free from stains, perfume, deodorant, makeup, pet hair, or damage.

  • The product is in resalable condition.

  • A valid order number or purchase proof is provided.

Maison Vaire reserves the right to reject returns that fail our quality inspection.

3. One-Time Free Size Exchange

We understand that finding the perfect fit matters.

We offer one free size exchange per order, subject to stock availability.

If your requested size is unavailable, you may choose:

  • Store Credit, or

  • Full Refund (if eligible).

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance

  • Gift Cards

  • Customized or Personalized products

  • Products purchased during special promotional campaigns where "No Return" is clearly mentioned

  • Products returned without original tags

  • Used, washed, altered, or damaged products

5. Wrong, Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive:

  • Wrong product

  • Manufacturing defect

  • Damaged item

  • Missing item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Kindly provide:

  • Order Number

  • Photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Short unboxing video (recommended)

Maison Vaire will arrange a free replacement or full refund after verification.

6. Return Process

Step 1: Submit your return request through your Maison Vaire account or contact Customer Support.

Step 2: Our team will verify your request within 1–2 business days.

Step 3: If approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged where service is available.

If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be requested to ship the parcel to our return address. Reasonable shipping charges for approved defective or wrong-product cases will be reimbursed.

7. Quality Inspection

Every returned product undergoes inspection after reaching our warehouse.

Returns may be rejected if:

  • Tags are removed.

  • Product has been worn.

  • Product is washed.

  • Product is damaged by the customer.

  • Original packaging is missing.

Rejected items may be shipped back to the customer.

8. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after successful inspection.

Refund Timeline:

  • UPI / Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking: 5–7 business days

  • Wallet or Store Credit: Usually within 24 hours

  • COD Orders: Refund via UPI or Bank Transfer after verification.

Shipping charges, COD charges, and gift wrap charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Maison Vaire.

9. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.

Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled and must follow the return policy.

10. Fraud Prevention

Maison Vaire reserves the right to refuse returns, exchanges, refunds, or Cash on Delivery (COD) services in cases involving:

  • Excessive return behaviour

  • Repeated misuse of the return policy

  • Used or substituted products

  • Fraudulent claims

  • Suspicious account activity
